Bitzephyr is a personal creative practice for computational things that feel alive: games, agentic tools, real-time art, and generative systems.

Bitzephyr
n. A unit of data caught in a current of air. A personal practice for making computational things that feel alive.
The practice moves between disciplines that are often kept apart: the systems thinking of games, the uncertainty of agentic software, the tactility of technical art, and the strange new material of generative media.
The through-line is not a medium. It is an interest in making complex systems feel legible, responsive, and worth spending time inside.
Different outputs, one instinct: build the whole loop — concept, system, motion, interface, and the language around it.

AI-native tools and interfaces where autonomy is treated as a design material, not a feature badge.
Interface studies / agent tools / interaction demos
Real-time motion, procedural systems, shaders, and the craft of making technical decisions visible.
Motion studies / breakdowns / shader experiments
Generative workflows and pipelines built to be inspected, adapted, and questioned rather than hidden.

The process is intentionally small and repeatable. Make the question concrete early, then let contact with the actual thing change the plan.
Find the question underneath the brief. Define the smallest world, tool, or system that can answer it.
Make the rough thing real early. Test interaction in motion, not in a static mockup.
Watch where attention catches, where the system resists, and where the idea becomes legible.
Keep the signal. Cut the cleverness that does not serve the work, then document what remains.
Play is not decoration. It is a way to test systems, invite curiosity, and make complexity feel tactile.
Technical rigor matters when it produces feeling. The work should move, respond, and leave room for surprise.
A few considered things, documented properly, are worth more than a wall of unfinished noise.
Bitzephyr is a personal practice. A proper biography, portrait, and selected credentials are intentionally not invented on this site.
That space is reserved for the real story: background, influences, current focus, and the path that led here. Until then, the work and the working notes are the introduction.
